Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the software, apps, website and APIs (the “Services”) provided by AIFUZENT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“AIFUZENT”, “we”, “us”), with its business address at 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210 Of 3370, Orlando, FL 32819, USA. By using the Services, the business that uses them (“you”, the “Business”) accepts these Terms.

1. What AIFUZENT does

AIFUZENT is a software company. We provide technology that lets businesses integrate with payment systems: a payment app for Android (including Stripe Tap to Pay), payment pages and links, an API, a business dashboard and connections with third-party payment providers.

AIFUZENT is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter or payment processor, and does not hold, receive or transfer your customers’ funds. Payments are processed by independent third-party payment providers (the “Providers”), which are solely responsible for the payment services they provide under their own terms and licences.

2. Payment processing by Stripe

Payment processing services for Businesses on AIFUZENT are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a Business on AIFUZENT, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of AIFUZENT enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide AIFUZENT accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize AIFUZENT to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

3. Other providers

Where the Services connect you with other Providers (for example for other payment methods or conversion services), those services are provided by the Provider under its own terms, availability and verification requirements. AIFUZENT is not a party to the contract between you and the Provider and is not responsible for its services.

4. Your account and your obligations

  • You must be a business or professional and give accurate information. Providers may verify your identity and business (KYC/KYB) and may refuse or suspend their services.
  • You are responsible for your products and services, your prices, your taxes, your relationship with your customers and your compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
  • You are responsible for refunds, disputes and chargebacks with your customers, which are handled through your Provider account.
  • You must keep your credentials and devices secure, enable two-factor authentication where offered, and tell us immediately about any unauthorized use.
  • You may not use the Services for illegal activities or for businesses prohibited by the Providers (for example those on Stripe’s restricted businesses list).

5. Fees

AIFUZENT charges a platform fee per completed transaction, from 0.5%, as agreed with the Business before activation and shown in its dashboard. Where possible, the platform fee is collected automatically within each payment through the Provider. Provider fees are charged separately by the Provider. Fees do not include taxes. We may change our fees with at least 30 days’ notice. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Device requirements and availability

Some features depend on the device, the country and the Provider. Tap to Pay on Android requires a compatible phone with Android 13 or later and a security update installed within the last 12 months. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Intellectual property

The software, brand and content of AIFUZENT belong to AIFUZENT or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services while these Terms are in force.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. AIFUZENT is not liable for (a) the acts, omissions, decisions, outages or funds of Providers, banks or blockchain networks; (b) declined, delayed, reversed or disputed payments; (c) your products, services or obligations towards your customers; or (d) indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue or data. AIFUZENT’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the platform fees you paid to AIFUZENT in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify AIFUZENT against claims by third parties (including your customers and Providers) arising from your business, your products or services, or your breach of these Terms or of the law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if a Provider requires it, or to protect the security of the Services. Fees for transactions already completed remain payable.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material we will notify Businesses in advance through the dashboard or by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or local laws provide otherwise.
